+ Instructions Class is divided into two groups. One group represents House and another one –Senate. Teacher is a president. Bill goes to House, each member gives his/her argument for or against the bill. (1min for preparation, half a minute for presentation.) If the bill is approved by the House, it goes to Senate. Senate members judge and decide whether the bill is worth being issued or not. (1min for preparation, half a min for present) At the final stage president either signs or veto the bill.
