User I/O Interface –Provides the user the ability to input information to the CPT and/or receive information from the CPT. CPN – Customer Premises Network Provide transport within the customer premises (includes devices and medium) CPE – Customer Premises Equipment (or CAF TBC) Customer Adaptation and Forwarding –Forwarding and adaptation functions between the customer premise and the network environment. –Forwarding functions within the customer premise.
