(4-16.4) Restore fire protection systems: a) Restore fire protection systems: i) Sprinkler systems: (after overhaul) (1) Head replacement. (2) Valves returned to correct position. (3) Water drained from areas of system where it shouldn’t be. ii) Standpipe systems: (1) Drain the system. (2) Replace caps. (3) Close all valves. iii) Alarm systems: (1) Resetting. (2) Notifying building occupants to contact maintenance agency.
