4 Mission To promote social development primarily by supporting JOB CREATION through improved access to training, and education, as well as access to seed money for start-up of small and micro enterprises.

5 Objectives Financing and supporting efforts to enable low income people to raise their standards of living, particularly through a job creation program for unemployed, focused on: Identifying employment gaps in the Egyptian market where job opportunities exist, with no qualified individuals able to fulfill them Offering training programs to allow unemployed to occupy these identified jobs Securing agreement with employers to hire successful trainees Providing seed money for micro-credit and start-up of small and micro enterprises

10 The Approach The Foundation’s projects are implemented through a variety of partners (notably, non government agencies, educational institutions, business firms, government entities) who deliver the services to the beneficiaries. We uses a “backwards model”, beginning by identifying market needs and securing employment, and then providing quality training in the identified areas.
