motives Golda (Ano’s wife) was having an affair with Lyan D. Vios. Golda was the sole beneficiary in Simon P. Ano’s will. Haff Note did always seem to play “second fiddle” to Ano.

Facts not in evidence (but worthy of consideration) Beeping sound coming from area of decedent could have been alarm on Baclofen pump Lack of attention to critical alarm could have resulted in massive organ system failure Nurse Bimbeaux’s skills in doubt

conclusion Nobody killed Mr. Ano. He was simply a victim of negligence, as Ms. Bimbeaux did not have the skills to do the job to which she was assigned.
