2. Frequency Adverbs.
The frequency adverbs are used to indicate how often an accion is realized.

ALWAYS (siempre)
OFTEN (seguido)
SOMETIMES (algunas veces)
RARELY (rara vez)
SELDOM (casi nunca)
NEVER (nunca)

3. Frecuency words can be used at the begining, in the middle or at the end of the tense. It depends on the emphasis you can give to your idea.
