4 Nominations All member colleges of BICS are entitled to nominate individuals or societies from their college CollegeEventIndividual Most Improved New Society Civic Contribution Fresher Online Presence Poster Up to each college to devise nomination process

5 Prior to the Awards Register nomination (Eventbrite) 5 th April Friday Online Application Form 9 th April Tuesday Portfolio 10 th April Wednesday Must attend interview 11 th April Thursday

6 Application Form Separate form per category Marking scheme adjusted to suit the category NB. Read the Nominee Booklet

7 Portfolios 1 portfolio Any form Visual description Whatever format you choose it is the content which is very important. Back up material for your application.

8 BICS Awards You must attend an interview. Maximum of four people permitted to attend each interview Opportunity They are not there to catch you out!

9 Who are the Adjudicators 3 per panel Worked directly with students or involved with student activities They are not there to catch you out!
