(Matt 26:39) … just as the Son of Man did not come to be served, but to serve, and to give His life a ransom for many." (Matt 20:28) The quotation of Psalm 40:6-8 by the Hebrew writer should prove that the Christ knew what He had come to do (Hebrews 10:5-8).
