“ Externally-Derived Technology ” ( EDT) encompasses technology (including service models) identified, patented, and/or developed outside of a major multinational corporation. It ’ s origin may include universities, service providers, biotechnology companies, and/or entities established by prolific Inventors.

What is the Problem? Major multinationals often have fully committed their internal R&D resources and are unable to react to major technologic and market opportunities that involve “ Technology ” and/or business models discovered externally. What is the Opportunity? A major objective of Bio-Investigations Ltd. is the identification of, and negotiation for, major Externally Derived Technology, either within the North American continent or on a global basis. ADVANCING TECHNOLOGY EXTERNALLY ALLOWS FOR AN INCREASE IN IT ’ S VALUATION
10
Externally-Derived Technology Must Pass A Pre-Defined Scientific Filter to be Advanced Into The Full Assessment Cycle
