Okay, so… In Office 2000+, you can go to the “Tools” taskbar and go under Options to set up “Readability Statistics.” In Office 2007, you go to “Review” and there you will see The ABC – check (spell check icon). The Readability Statistics will automatically show up after you have done a spell check.

10/29/20155 (c) 2011 K. Pariseau, Legacy Productions If you have to enable it yourself… Go under “options.” There you will see eleven tabs across the top. Open “Spelling & Gram” Check off “Show Readability statistics” Click the OK button. Now, after you do a spell check, the stats box will appear.
