Quebec’s Response to Wait Time Guarantees guaranteed access guaranteed access – radiation oncology, tertiary cardiology, hip and knee replacement, cataract surgery – graduated guaranteed access after six months after six months –affiliated specialized clinics after nine months after nine months –establishment arranges for service outside of Quebec or outside of Canada
