Step 1: Call-to-Action  Pricing information is clearly visible and depicted in local currency  Clear instructions of use if BUY or OK buttons is pressed  Reminder is it a subscription based service or one-off  Should access to service expire after certain period, the length of active use must be expressed  Language requirements are respected  Information should be localized for every market  User must be able to Cancel the flow without making the payment

3. Step 2: Legal requirements  User must be informed of the legal terms before purchase is initiated  Depending on operator policies warning on additional costs applicable  Disclaimer preventing unauthorized usage by minors must be well articulated  Merchant legal name and customer support helpline/helpdesk contacts are visible  Country specific disclaimers are outlined on Developers Portal Developers Portal

4. Step 3: Payment Confirmation  User must be properly informed if the transaction has been successful  Reply MT language must be localized Reply MT  Reply MT triggered by merchant backend must contain relevant information about the purchase including 1. Name of the product 2. Price 3. Support service center contacts

5. Step 4: Submit for approval  Given that abovementioned rules are respected our approval manager needs to validate the materials to proceed with onboarding. Prepare to send usapproval 1. Screenshots of the full flow 2. Video clip presenting the full payment experience 3. Specimen preload phone for testing (if requested) 4. List/screenshots of all active services in a specific country per shortcode and keyword

6. Step 5: Go Live In service creation phase present as much information on your business model, how the service works and general service idea to speed up the onboarding procedures and Go Live with ease.

7. Important Reminder Once service is launched all subsequent compliance issues discovered must be resolved within the shortest possible terms.
