2007 National Weatherization Training Conference December 9-12, 2007 Orlando, Florida 2007 National Weatherization Training Conference December 9-12, 2007 Orlando, Florida Assume owner only has $50,000 from reserves and can take out a $450,000 loan. WAP has $250,000 to invest. With a total of $750,000, the project could install... With NYSERDA Program, project receives $642,400 in additional incentives......but this scope doesn’t achieve 20%....which allows it to increase scope to achieve 20%. And, in fact, gets another $195,000 if it gets to 20% or $205,400 if it gets to 25%.
