3. 3 CBA Update  Based on Board of Directors input, we are considering the following:  Looking for opportunities to simplify the CBA  Encouraging those who fill out the form to try to quantify benefits, even if this means making some broad assumptions – then clearly documenting those assumptions  The timing is right to issue “Version 2” of the CBA to incorporate the enhancements suggested by PRS in October into the posted CBA template  Discussion point: CBA representation at TAC and BoD

4. 4 Project Update Recommendation  Issue: Improved understanding of ERCOT projects is needed  Suggested Solution: Starting in December, establish a 15 minute agenda item at each PRS meeting for a brief overview from one of the ERCOT CARTs (CO, IO, MO, RO, SO)  2-3 CART representatives would attend PRS  Brief presentation  Q&A  After 5 months (when all 5 CARTs have presented), PRS would provide input into the value and ongoing schedule  Perhaps 2 presentations per CART per year?
