3. Prep work Before starting your photostory you should have the following ready: CONTENT-- Research/information ORGANIZATION--Story board completed IMAGES saved in H-Drive

4. Go To--Start --to All Programs Select photostory 3 Begin a new story Save as (be sure to follow path to your H-drive again) Change name to topic/your name (do not leave the default “photo Story 3”)

5. Tools 1. Import pictures first—you can drag them into correct order later. 2. Insert text—only headings/ bullets 3. Type in Narration Comments 4.Create music—Volume on Low

6. 5. Microphones Color coded Connections Test equipment ~ Configure Microphone and Set Recording Volume button Practice recording your voice – Go to “Editing Tips” link for extra tips on transitions and other editing tricks……..

7. FINISHED ? Final Save Cannot go back and re-edit Last page-save final project option. Select next –next--- Icon WMV means saved correctly. Double check with teacher as to what folder to save to (public student or your H-Drive)
