2. Mathematics SL/HL is the culminating course in the International Baccalaureate Mathematics sequence. It is designed for students preparing for a college major in mathematics or a major that is strongly related to mathematics. The course will review topics in precalculus and calculus. It will extended the study of mathematics to include topics in vector analysis, statistics, and probability. The Math HL course will include an additional topic of calculus that is aligned with the BC Calculus content

4.  A test will be given at the end of each unit. Test questions will be modeled after the actual IB Exam in preparation for the final.  A cumulative test will be given each quarter THE IA (INTERNAL ASSESSMENT) FOR IB WILL BE A GRADE IN THE COURSE

5.  Two to three quizzes will be given on each unit  Quizzes will be summative assessments used to prepare for the unit test
