These are drivers, whose outcomes are important for the development of the focus of future scenarios, however, the outcome of these drivers are fairly certain. Scenario drivers or ‘critical uncertainties’. These are drivers, whose outcomes are critical, yet uncertain. These drivers represent crossroads, where development may go one way or the other.
