Compare supermarket, farmers market – discuss Find dishes which use a few fruit & veg – discuss do you like them have you eaten them Look at pubs restaurants - possible where you eat and look for dishes they have on menu copy menu for back of work in appendix or small print screen section and discuss cost and if it is traditional

5. Nutritional information Discuss general nutrition Eat well plate insert picture and explain it – fruit & veg topic- focus on your section and discuss What are the recommendations? Then discuss how your topic helps or not towards these nutritional requirements To achieve a higher grade always include your personal comments or extra work/presentation About half a page – well written paragraph with small pictures to show findings and refer to them
