3. Artificial vegetative reproduction: – Take cuttings of desirable plants and grow a new one. – Take a few cells and grow a new one in a petri dish. – Grafting involves attaching desirable branches to desirable roots. CUTTING GRAPHTING

4. Artificial Insemination and In vitro – Artificial insemination collects the sperm from the male and then place it in the female after she ovulates. – In Vitro, the sperm and eggs are collected and fused outside the organism. These then are placed back into a female to mature.

5. Hatcheries – Fish eggs are collected, fertilized, and raised until the fry are big enough to survive.

6. Recombinant DNA – DNA is introduced into a bacteria to make it develop what we want it to, like insulin.
