2 Pressure supply pipes already connected to all valves Power supply for plants connected to power distribution box Electrical connection for communication between plants – will have been tested when plant B commissioning will be finished Plant A I/O commissioning  Digital input  Feedback from PV108 liquid line bypass valve (valve is still not connected)  MV106 filling valve open status (cable not connected to valve – no feedback in PVSS)  MV110 liquid line bypass valve ( valve has to be changed – existing valve has only one feedback status)  MV054,MV056,MV058 service line valves close status ( end-switch was broken ! No feedback to PLC)  Digital output  Communication with DSS

3 IBL CO 2 cooling progress meeting 14.01.2014 Plant A I/O commissioning  Analog input  Pump head membrane pressure PT101, PT102, PT103 sensors still not connected  Accumulator level transmitter LT142  J.box and vacuum system inputs will have been tested after installation  Analog input real  Bug in PTsat and TTsat table found by Maciek  Alarms  Manual valves end-switchs and position verification alarms  J.box and vacuum system alarms will have been tested after installation  Communication with DSS  All alarm groups  Pump LP101 alarms  Alarms for some of the heaters has to be finished

4 IBL CO 2 cooling progress meeting 14.01.2014 General comments  Circuit breaker (8Q3) in plant B control cabinet has to be changed  Missing protection for high voltage on terminal in Accumulator  Pneumatic valve PV108 save mode should be open  Time delay for all alarms changed to 0.0 s  Valve EV208 is Normally Open!  Added function in PLC program for PHOENIX TC card (wire break detection)  Compressor GP250 ramping time speed was increased (during stop) All necessarily modification are immediately updated in PLC program and SCADA application You can find more detailed report on DFS: \\cern.ch\dfs\Departments\PH\Groups\DT\PO\Cooling activities\PROJECTS\ATLAS_IBL\COMMISSIONING Current file version: IOCommissioning_IBL_A.v3.xlsx

5 IBL CO 2 cooling progress meeting 14.01.2014 We have 2 weeks of delay, because of communication problems which was related to bug in Schneider firmware !!!
