18. Concrete Recycling  Establishing a concrete recycling area at MRTS.  Material will be recycled onsite into aggregate base material.  Estimate recycling 3,000- 5,000 tons of concrete annually.

19. What’s Next?  Continue outreach to increase the C & D diversion rate.  Open concrete recycling area.  Look for higher and better uses for materials.  Work on deconstruction versus demolition.  Utilize tools like RMDZ for business development for higher use of materials locally.
