REPORT I had extensive consultation with Ch. Yasin, Matloob Inqlabi before issuing the notification of Adhoc Committee. But it is unfortunate that there has always been a rift between Pakistani origin and from Kashmir origin. After receiving lot of complaints, Shaheed Mohtarma Benazir Bhutto decided to merge the PPP AJK & PPP Pakistan into one identity and the first election were held where I was coordinating the daily affairs between Mohtarma and others. The tussle emerged between Ch. Riaz and Hassan Bukhari, which was resolved by me under the direction of Shaheed Mohtarma Benazir Bhutto as Khawaja Shafique had resigned and new President was to be elected. Therefore Hassan Bukhar was elected as Head of the Adhoc Committee and he is still continuing. Contd…..
13
REPORT (Contd…..) Shaheed Mohtarma Benazir Bhutto also dissolved and terminated Ch. Riaz on serious complaints and basically the complaint was originated by Riaz Bashir on some issues. Most of the youth leaders and others started inspiring from Advisor Ship in AJK, after we had come in power. Mr. Wahid Rasid also contacted Ch. Riaz and others and according to him the heavy amount was demanded and he paid some in advance and he was not given the Advisorship. He started working against the Party interest and introduced many negativity in the media ultimately I made him Member in UK Adhoc Committee. Lately Mohsin Bari, Agha Tanvir started a campaign in UK and started hitting the leadership and giving negative news items everyday in the Media. Mohsin Bari was actually included as member of the Adhoc Committee but he never attended any meeting however he tried to create a negative situation in one of the meeting but I controlled him as I was sitting there. Contd…..
14
REPORT (Contd…..) Agha Tanvir claims to be close to some of our leaders because he drive them amount whereas SMBB threw him out after confirming his connection with ISI and diverting the route of SMBB. He was paid employee of ISI. He had become self notified Secretary Information and I stopped him using the name unless he is finally notified. The Adhoc Committee was instructed to select and propose 2 names against each post which was done by secret balloting for the Adhoc Committee, which after due consideration they have recommended the names of the portfolios as under:- Contd…..
15
REPORT (Contd…..) Hassan Bukhari is not longer interested to be the President of UK, but I insisted him to work for the Party and he continued. He has recommended President from Pakistan and Secretary General from AJK. He was of the view to make Tariq Ayub as Secretary General nominee of Ch. Majeed, however he deserted and joined PTI alongwith Nazir Gujar and Sohail Wafa. Prime Minister of AJK met me and he was cult about Ch. Yasin and according to him Ch. Yasin hardly has one “Tange Wala” in UK and he is no more capable to gather people in UK. He failed to bring people during the visit of BBZ in Birminghum. Contd…..
16
REPORT (Contd…..) As desired I have made some recommendations for President and in coming days we will finalize the names with him and best would be that Ch. Majid, Yaqoob and Inqalabi come to the meeting and the same may be headed by Baji Faryal so that we can take them on board. We have made lot of changes / steps and additions in by-laws for the Overseas Pakistanis and got finished the media campaigns and now the negativity within the country and abroad is almost finished, which was created because of the grouping in Germany, France, Belgium, USA, Japan. I have given the job to the Secretary General, Rai Mujtaba Kharal, Secretary Information Nargis Faiz Malik and Sahibzada Zulfiqar, Coordinator of the PPP Overseas to get in touch with every notified office bearer all over the world and submit a report regarding the affairs of the said country. The report has been submitted and approved Notifications have been issued.
