6.  The prodrome, days before the headache you maybe be very irritable, depressed, or have stiff muscles.  The aura, which immediately after the headache, speech problems or light sensitivity.  The pain phase, also known as headache phase increasing of throbbing.  The postdrome, the effects of a migraine attack may feel “hung over”, mood changes or weakness.
