6 C: Non-Exhaustiveness Types Clarification of N1 –N1 refers to the all the activities of enterprises not registered because they are involved in underground activities –N1 does not include all underground activities. Clarification of N2 –N2 refers to the all the activities of enterprises not registered because they are involved in illegal activities –N2 does not include all illegal activities –Adjustment equals estimate of all illegal production less that part of the production that is already included by being reported under a legal code.
