7. Parental engagement Why? Supporting parents in helping their children achieve. Knowing what the kids are doing  engagement with child’s learning. When? Incorporate into open evening for incoming students. Have it all up and running and make sure teachers are confident with e- Learning before inviting parents in. 8. e-Learning Action Research Putting into practice the work of the e- Learning hub. ‘Controlled’ research with one e- Learning group and the other ‘traditional’. Identify desired outcomes. Have a concise plan for measuring impact.
