7. Testing Options…  There is NO IB Test after the 1 st year of IB Physics.  Register to take IB Physics 2 and take the higher level exam next year.  AP exams? Check with your counselor to see if you are allowed.  AP Physics 1—students would have to learn some electrostatics and basic electric circuits as self-study (we cover electricity in year 2)

8. Field Trip—May 2016  Silverwood Theme Park, Coeur d’Alene, ID  May 2016 (dates TBD)  Students miss 1 day of school only, and will be collecting data at the amusement park in order to complete a related assignment.  Cost: Approximately $150 per student  Can’t go?
