How We Implement the Value Added Benefits…

1.We send a letter on your letterhead to each member, informing them of their new benefits 2.The letter lets them know the benefits are coming in cooperation with AIL and their local Credit Union

* Postage Paid Response Card is enclosed with each Letter including an Internet address option to complete the card online *All Members are covered by the AD&D Master Policy which the Credit Union holds *Members who return their Response Card will be contacted by our Representatives

When a Mailing is done through your Credit Union… * The Program is at NO COST to the Credit Union or the Member * AIL respects the Confidentiality of Membership mailing lists and does not require a copy of them * Typically, 20 – 35% of your Members will return the Enrollment card and one out of three will purchase additional benefits

1.All Credit Unions to have a Manager of Record. (Managers to determine whom the manager of record will be). 2.All Credit Unions will have an Agent(s) of record ( PR/Manager will Determine who). 3.All Credit Unions must have an introduction by the Manager/Agent(s) of Record before the Leads are worked. 4.PR is responsible to send Notification Letters to the Credit Union with introductions and changes. 5.PR must put the Credit Union on Reserve with the Redmond Lead Dept when the group is set up at home office. 6.PR Will provide personalized Credit Union training for each Credit Union / Agent training. 7.Credit Union Report forms (Blue) will be used for each Credit Union. 8.Once a month the Agent or Manager of Record will drop off the Credit Union Report forms to the Credit Union.
