What will you need for your coursework? E-Books (from netLibrary or Ebrary and Sage e- Reference) Journal articles (accessible from EBSCO’s Education Research Complete, ERIC or PsycInfo, plus many others) Help guides Illiad (interlibrary loan delivery!) Citation Guides (APA style)

How do the publications differ? Who writes the articles? Who would read this and why? What range of topics is included?

From: Scholarly Journals Professional Magazines Search Cook Library databases such as Education Research Complete, ERIC, PsycInfo, etc.

Hint: Divide your topic into its components and use “or” to combine synonymous terms in separate keyword fields.

Make sure you note your “distance student” status when you create your Illiad account. This allows for home delivery of materials.
