17 How can the Toolkit be used? Review current school assessment practice in science and decide whether to adopt QCA Toolkit Identify aspects of the pack suitable for use in your school for training e.g. pick appropriate modules/ elements of modules to familiarise with staff Trial in a Year Group before adopting through school e.g.Y2 Draw up timetable for Trial of activities - refer to links with Wirral Science Scheme of Work sheet Staff could review materials and share experiences and children’s work (to inform future plans) Track children’s progress e.g. tracking sheet
