Eligibility Criteria for Proposals - It is received by the Commission before the deadline given in the call text. -It involves at least the minimum number of participants given in the call text. -It is complete (i.e. both the requested administrative forms and the proposal description are present) -Other eligibility criteria may be given in the call text.

Proposal submission Proposals must be submitted electronically, using the Commission's Electronic Proposal Submission Service (EPSS) Proposals arriving at the Commission by any other means are regarded as ‘not submitted’, and will not be evaluated. The proposals can be submitted in romanian. You can access the EPSS from the call page on CORDIS.

Funding Scheme COLLABORATIVE PROJECTS (CP) COORDINATION ANS SUPPORT ACTION

COLLABORATIVE PROJECTS (CP) FUNDING SCHEME -1- PurposeDeveloping new knowledge, new technology, products, including scientific coordination. Demonstration activities or common resources for research Minimum conditions At least three legal entities established in different EU Member States or Associated countries. The entities must be independent of each other Target audience Research institutes, Universities, Industry, including SMEs (Possibly) Potential end-users Size & Resources Projects can range from small or medium-scale focused research actions (3ME) to large-scale integrating projects (6-12ME).

COLLABORATIVE PROJECTS (CP) FUNDING SCHEME -2- Indicative Average Duration 24-60 month ActivitiesResearch Demonstration Management of the consortium Other activities such as dissemination, training. Form of Reimbursement Based on eligible costs or other forms of grants as specified in the work programme Specific Characteristics Flexibility The description of work (annex 1 to the grant agreement) is normally fixed. If needed a yearly update will be provided for in the grant agreement. Enlargement of partnership within the initial budget Possible

COORDINATION ANS SUPPORT ACTION FUNDING SCHEME -1- PurposeNo funding of research, development or demonstration activities. Coordination actions Consistent set of activities focussing on coordination of research activities and policies Support actions Normally focused on one specific activity and often one specific event Minimum conditions Coordination actions for coordination of research activities At least three legal entities established in different EU Member States or Associated countries. The entities must be independent of each other. Other Coordination and Support actions At least one legal entity Target audience Research organizations Universities Industry including SME Research programme managers and owners (ERA-NET and Research Infrastructure actions) Size & Resources The size, scope and internal organization of coordination actions and support actions can vary from research theme to research theme and from topic to topic
