Unresolved Technical Issues WFP -- UTF-8 support badly needed (and promised) for storing, indexing, searching RB “black box” -- MANTIS, dtd and xml templates, Unicode support (input and display other than workstation config) division of labor between server (Java) and client (JS) tasks -- record marking, screen re-painting, server file handles/threads?

11. (If There’s Time) Other Issues Outside SiteSearch ownership of records (project vs. institutional affiliation) extracts for OPACs “rogue” site archive (ephemera metadata) record “suppression” -- what’s required for record to “graduate” from SaveFile to public display?
