9 Summer – as you look up at the Summer constellations from inside the Dome, you are facing directly North. It is The tilt between us (The Earth) and the Sun that brings us more or less exposure to the sun. It is summer in The Northern Hemisphere. If you look South from inside the Dome at this time of year you can see how the Sun is at its lowest in the Southern Hemisphere (Australia), creating a state of Winter. Content copyright 2013. 10 Libra – The Fall Equinox, where the sun is falling, as it crosses the equator South bound into the depths of our winter. Bringing us shorter and colder days. This is the season to harvest, reap what we sewed during the bright, sunny and warm growing season and stock our pantry's for the cold of winter and start putting our coats on. 12 Winter – as you look up at the Winter constellations from inside the Dome, you are facing directly South. The Sun is represented at its lowest here, it’s the time where the sun is the least visible and present to us, which is why its colder and we are in the dark for longer periods. It is The tilt between us (The Earth) and the Sun that brings us more or less exposure to the sun. It is winter for us in the Northern Hemisphere. If you look North from inside the Dome at this time of year you can see how the Sun is at its highest in the Southern Hemisphere (Australia), creating a state of Summer. Content copyright 2013.
