Methodology Review of health reform literature Primary data collection involving regional AB members Review, synthesis and analysis of secondary data sources – Behavioral Risk Factor Surveillance System (BRFSS) – HRSA workforce study – IOM report - The Future of Nursing report – Census data: state population, females 15-44 years of age, and estimated population in need – IPP screening data: number of IPP screening tests reported and positivity 3

4. Overarching Evaluation Questions Who will IPP client base be after full implementation of health care reform? How can we best reach IPP client base? What is the role for IPP to help facilitate Chlamydia and Gonorrhea screening services to vulnerable populations after ACA is fully implemented? How can we improve data management practices to improve service delivery and targeting? 4
