3. 3 #1 1. TDTWG continues working with ERCOT to support implementation of SCR745 including the new architecture design Update provided on technical solution. Currently in test. Planned implementation to production on 12-8. This will complete ERCOT initiatives for SCR 745.

4. 4 #2 2. Review ERCOT Certificate Policies and Certification Practice Statement Christian Brennan updated TDTWG with information related to Digital Certificate Management strategy

5. 5 3. Continue working with the ERCOT Manager of Operations to address each system incident. ERCOT Operations Manager reviewed November’s incident report. #3

6. 6 #4 4. TDTWG continues working with ERCOT to support implementation of SCR748 Kevin Tanner presented early preview of the working ERCOT website for Outage Notifications.
