Attention !!!! FIM panel assly handling Keep FIM panel vertically upward as indicated on BOX of FIM assly. Never ever keep FIM panel horizontally FIM assly is fragile and should be handle very carefully during transportation. Select supply voltage in chassis as per FIM panel requirement before connecting FIM assly in system ( 18.5 LCD / 22 LCD / 20 DLED / 22 DLED / 24 DLED 5V, 32 LCD / 32 DLED 12V) In LED FIM assly key + IR PCB is serviceable parts i.e you can change the PCB in field ( LCD FIM this is not possible). Similarly LVDS cable is serviceable parts for DLED FIM. You can change refit the LVDS cable for DLED FIM ( Not for LCD FIM) Back cover is not serviceable parts in any FIM assly. Do not order backcover for any FIM models In order to control the inventory we make standardization for service and use only 01 code / size / brand as mention in next slide. In LCD FIM assly long FFC is required in selected model only as indicated in next slide. However in most of the model small FFC LCD FIM assly can be used. Request you to issue long FFC LCD FIM panel for required model only as indicated in next slide. 20” DLED FIM panel to be used with 20” DLED combo chassis only ( 1200059559) due to different panel resolution otherwise you will not get video.
