Climate Depending on the location the temperature changes. In the warmer states it can be over 100 degrease. In the colder states it can be lower than 60 degrease.

Plants Wetlands usually have Duckweed and Cattails. Plants like Cattails and Sedges grow up from the soil through the water. Duckweed extends it’s roots through the water to absorb nutrients.

Animals Amphibians, insects, leaches, birds, reptiles, fish, and mammals. In cooler wetlands you will usually find moose, birds, amphibians, and alligators. In warmer climates there are alligators, insects, and birds.

Interesting Facts The Florida Everglades National Park is a wetland. Wet lands are made up by water and land. There are more than 700 wetlands in the United States.
