Information is not always available to us 2,843 individuals have been screened with PHQ-9 at baseline 533 individuals (19%) were at-risk 51 of the at-risk individuals (10%) were reassessed 45 at-risk individuals (88%) who were rescreened improved. But what about the 482 people who weren’t rescreened? 45 of 533 at-risk individuals improving = 8% improvement rate.

The solution is to reassess all at- risk individuals

Reassessment protocol All screens Jan 1, 2014 – baseline For all at-risk screens April 1 – reassessment #1 July 1 – reassessment #2 Oct 1 – reassessment #3 Jan 1, 2015 – final reassessment Note: A valid screen is 30 days +/- due date
