3. Hull frames are set onto a floor jig

4. Bow, stern posts and bulkheads are positioned

5. Planking is laid over the frames to form the hull

6. The wood planks are glued and sealed with epoxy resin

7. A further diagonal layer is epoxy laminated to give immense strength

8. The wood-epoxy hull is light, solid, and strong

9. The hull is sanded and shaped

10. The hull is faired to produce a perfectly uniform hull shape

11. The hull is turned over for the next stage

12. Light and strong hull, ready for internal work and decking

13. The hull is moved back in the workshop

14. Deck frames and hatches are then installed

15. Inside woodwork is fitted to the owners layout

16. Electrical, power and plumbing systems are fitted

17. The cockpit is installed

18. Rubbing strakes and gunwales added

19. Teak decks are laid

20. Carpentry tailor-made to fit clients designs

21. Deck hardware is installed

22. The hull is prepared for painting
