The Cooling Problem : The Evaporative Solution But now you have cold pipes Which You Have to Heat Up Again Evaporative cooling uses a phase change (liquid-gas) to remove more heat. It is really just a load of high capacity fridges (204 of them) built outside the tracker Liquid leaves very COLD ID Evaporative Heaters Rated at 120kW
