Isa 13:v17 Behold, I will stir up the Medes against them, which shall not regard silver; and as for gold, they shall not delight in it. v18 Their bows also shall dash the young men to pieces; and they shall have no pity on the fruit of the womb; their eye shall not spare children. v19 ¶ And Babylon, the glory of kingdoms, the beauty of the Chaldees' excellency, shall be as when God overthrew Sodom and Gomorrah. v20 It shall never be inhabited, neither shall it be dwelt in from generation to generation: neither shall the Arabian pitch tent there; neither shall the shepherds make their fold there.

10. YES, THE DEVELOPMENTS HAVE ALREADY COMMENCED When Saddam became the President of the Revolutionary Party during 1979, his Agenda was to rebuild the old Babylon and also to make Iraq the glory of nations, exactly how his Great Great Grandfather Nebuchadnezzar envisaged.

12. Of course, Saddam could not continue, but the whole global media talks today on the reconstruction of Iraq. Once Iraq would politically stabilize, it would be in her top agenda to reconstruct Babylon as predicted in Revelation Chapter 18.

And every shipmaster, and all the company in ships, and sailors, and as many as trade by sea, stood afar off, (Prophetical indications towards a hyper active age visual communication systems such as satellite and internet systems)  And cried when they saw the smoke of her burning, saying, What city is like unto this great city!
