1. PowerSchool Parent Portal and iOS App Introducing the Single Sign On Account

2. What is the Parent Account? Currently: You have an ACCESS ID and ACCESS PASSWORD for each of your enrolled children. Coming Soon! You will have a Parent ACCOUNT. Date to be announced during mid-November. Once KIS transfers to the use of Parent Single Sign In Accounts, existing Access IDs and Passwords will no longer work. Advantages: Update all your information from your iOS device or home computer. See all your children’s grades Receive daily up-to-date school announcements and events using one username and password.

3. During late November/or during December (Specific date to be announced), KIS will be switching all parent access to Single-Sign On. All parents will be required to create their new Parent Account when the switch occurs to access their children’s information and grades.

4. Individual Access ID and Password for each child One (1) Parent ACCOUNT All Children with 1 log-in Mac computer Windows Computer iOS (iPad, iPhone, iPod Touch) 2008-now Coming in November/December 2012

5. The New Parent Account KIS needs to create a New Parent Account. This is different to the current Access ID and Access Password that you currently use. Your Parent Account will enable you to link up all your enrolled children and view their progress through the PowerSchool Parent Portal.

7. KIS sends confirmation of your Account Please be patient! Every family needs to be setup individually, which takes time.
