ETHICAL VIOLENCE A situation that, although offering potential benefits, is unethical. One of the most common ethical violence occurs when a company’s culture conflicts with an employee’s personal ethics

INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL PRESSURE OF ETHICAL VIOLENCE Employees are impacted by a variety of forces—both internal and external—as they attempt to perform their job duties. Employers who are aware of these forces, and who are prepared to leverage or counteract them, can increase productivity and loyalty. Otherwise they violate ethical principles of organizations.

Financial stability & success of the company Sometimes we can violate our ethical values for inside's benefits of organizations For example avoid to pay taxes for saving finance Dealing with wrong parties to generate revenue Show extra ordinary competencies to look prominent in front of investors Attractive packing of low quality products to influence customers

Advancing your career For advancing our career you can violate ethical values by Buttering to boss Show your fake work efficiency Uses of references

Meeting performance goals Performance goals are short-term objectives set for specific duties or tasks in your current job position. For meeting such performance goals employee violates his ethical values.

Saving other jobs Its mean hiring wrong person at high post, where he not deserves. It is due Kinship reflexively hire friends and family Ignoring gut feel Companies can’t afford hiring mistakes

Superior pressure If you are working at low level post, upper authorities bound you to violate the principles for their personal benefits. They bound in term of harassment, authority, wrong polices etc.

Demands for people who support or invest in your organization Sometimes elite class force you, because they support financially to your organizations For example give an admission to student who doesn’t eligible in school criteria Hiring of employee by the pressure of shareholders
