It is not possible to predict fast development in WHP implementation and practice (problems with culture, resources). WHP large implementation will be a function of: economic growth EU influence on political, cultural and social development (democracy, partnership, CSR) new style of education and training of young people materials and MOGP availability, Social Marketing identification, education, professional career and activity support of leaders in WHP
