Quality Registrations: The First Step on the Path to Getting it Right

Overview Excellent quality registration is the goal of all Patient Access Managers. How these goals are met can take many paths, using a variety of tools.

Goals of the Presentation 1.Attendees will be able to describe the evolution of quality registration programs and be able to answer the question: Where are you? Stone Age…Wireless Age or somewhere in between. 2.Be able to develop goals for creating a quality registration program. 3.Evaluate a tool to assist in registering patients accurately and quickly without errors and manage complex workflows efficiently.
