State Registrar is informed. Department of Justice is informed Vital Records recommends putting him on the birth certificate as the “mother” per law and providing us a court order.

March 24, 2008 State Registrar gets call from Birth Clerk from Bend OR – Court order recommended. Department of Justice notified.

New birth certificate is established Upon receipt of an affidavit of a physician that the physician has examined the birth registrant and has determined the following: The birth registrant has had a sex change operation and the sex designation on the birth registrant’s birth certificate is no longer correct; provided that the director of health may further investigate and require additional information that the director deems necessary;

Move to Oregon and decided time was right to have kids. Stopped taking testosterone for two years before trying to get pregnant. One failed pregnancy. Artificial insemination at home. Sperm from sperm bank – anonymous donor Baby girl is due July 3, 2008.
