Leigton Meester Leighton Meester was born on nineth of April 1986,is an American actress, singer, songwriter, and fashion model.She is best known for her role as Blair Waldorf in the television series Gossip Girl. When she was 11 years old, Meester and her mother moved to New York.Meester attended the Professional Children's School and also began working as a model. At 14,Leighton moved to Los Angeles, California,looking for a job,attended Hollywood High School and Beverly Hills High School.Then she transferred to a small private school and graduated a year early.
