3 Celebrations HFHS University courses (online and classroom) are part of everyone’s Performance Management goal’s for 2009 in February Bucket Filling began March 10 Bucket Drop board hung in mailroom & decorated by Maureen & Shameeka & maintained by Maureen beginning in April

4 Celebrations Staff meetings changed from weekly to bi- weekly & time changed to 6:30 am so no one has to leave the meeting to take care of customers beginning in April New board for daily assignments placed in break room in April Staff began writing motivational messages for the team on it

5 Celebrations New daily assignment sheet created and used beginning in May New TB documentation requirement card developed by the team for employees who have TB tests completed by sites other than HFHS in May

6 Celebrations Medical Assistants (our “Ladies of the clinic”) created process for assigning pre-placement screenings on a daily basis that made work flow greatly improved this year during House Officer time in June This is a Best Practice that we should explore for consistent usage

7 Celebrations 2 Engagement Inservices for 4 hours with the clinic closed during the year on subjects of the team’s choice – first once held today, 7/16/09; 2 nd date TBD Procedure Manual continues to be worked on by the teams as this is a very labor intensive process

8 CONGRATULATIONS EVERYONE ON AN EXCELLENT JOB!! BY BEING WILLING TO TAKE PART AND BECOME ENGAGED IN THESE PROCESSES, WE ARE ALL GROWING TOGETHER!!
