It’s a perfect time because… Mintel: Health is one of the top five concerns of people in the UK today Diabetes UK: 2.25 million people in the UK diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes with a further 0.5M undiagnosed NHS: It is estimated that 12,500 people die every year from influenza Health Secretary: by 2050 two-thirds of men and half of all women in Britain could be clinically obese, at a cost to the NHS of £50 billion.
