Qualifications 1.Age: Must be at least 25 years old 2.Residency: Must live in the state you are chosen to represent 3.Citizenship: Must be a United States citizen for at least seven years. Elections: Held every two years Article 1: Legislative, House of Representatives

Qualifications 1.Age: Must be at least 30 years old 2.Residency: Must live in the state you are chosen to represent 3.Citizenship: at least nine years Elections: Held every six years Two Senators from each state Article 1: Legislative Senate

Article 2: Executive President Qualifications 1.Age: Must be at least thirty-five years old. 2.Residency: United States citizen for at least fourteen years. 3.Citizenship: must be born in the United States 4.Powers: Carry out and enforce laws, make treaties, appoint certain government officials, commander in chief of army, and can veto laws.

Article 3: Judicial Judges Judges work until they die or until they retire. I think that: 1.Judges should be appointed not elected. 2.Judges should keep their positions under good behevior 3.There should only be one Supreme Court

Amendment I Congress shall make no law against freedom of speech.
