1. Level Four 406.04OHP #1 BEFORE THE INTERVIEW There are three things which you need to be aware of before you go into an interview. These are: Ô Your dress and deportment; Ô Your physical behaviour; and Ô The way you answer questions.

2. Level Four 406.04OHP #2 DURING THE INTERVIEW —Breath deeply, get rid of any bubble gum, ensure that your breath is fresh and, especially, relax; — Smile; — Shake hands, firmly, with the interviewer; — Express some gratitude for the opportunity given to you with the interviewer; —Do not sit before you are asked to; and —Establish eye contact.

3. Level Four 406.04OHP #3 ONCE IN THE INTERVIEW……... — Be honest and direct with the responses to questions; — Avoid answering questions with a mere yes or no; —Keep smiling and keep your positive attitude. There is no place for negative comments or sarcasm; —Think before answering any questions. Take a few seconds to formulate a complete and logical response; —Prepare a couple of questions on the company, or the job itself, to ask at the end of the interview.

4. Level Four 406.04OHP #4 AFTER THE INTERVIEW — Stand up; —Shake hands with the interviewer; —Express your thanks; —Ensure that you do not leave anything personal behind you (coat, binder, purse, etc.); —Walk straight and calmly to the door; —Put a large smile on your face as you leave the room. The interview is over.
